  Very nice condo, nice stroll to beach, restaurants near. Great condo to rent for the week. Will be returning

  We rented 3007. This unit needed a few light bulb replacements. A socket that is out of the wall. Dirty bath tub mat. The carpet has crusty stain. The utility closet door just falls off. The screen door by the deck also falls off easily. No broom, no working vacuum.
  Others areas are functionable.
